When an eVTOL leader hit growth mode and needed to quickly standup over 120 conference rooms across three separate sites in Northern and Southern California they turned to Signal Solutions and Logitech for the right solution. Selecting Microsoft Teams due to familiarity and easy licensing through their existing Microsoft infrastructure, Logitech was a natural option for the in-room hardware due to its ease of use, availability and single-pane-of-glass monitoring and management afforded through the Logitech Sync service.

With all rooms, including small single person phone booths and wellness rooms, featuring Logitech Tap Schedulers and Logitech Rally Bar Minis and Rally Bars being deployed in video conferencing equipped spaces configured for four to 18 people, the IT and facilities teams have the capability to view device and room status, send firmware updates and connect to and control the Logitech gear for remote, but interactive, troubleshooting.

In even larger Town Square and Command Center spaces, QSC Q-SYS is leveraged for it's integrated digital audio processing, handling multiple microphones and output zones, and its robust control platform that allows for east of use in these technologically complex spaces.
